FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


  1. When can I get my new puppy?

    Our puppies can go home anytime after 8 weeks of age.
    They will have been dewormed every 2 weeks since birth.
    They will have received their first vaccination at 6 weeks.
    Both front and rear dewclaws will have been removed.


  2. What should I feed my puppy?

    Your puppy will be eating free choice, dry kibble.
    Purina One +Plus - Large Breed Formula



  3. How do I register my puppy?

    All of our puppies will be registered with the AKC.
    We ask that you bring $30 cash to cover this fee,
    and to have his/her new name chosen.
    We take care of the rest!


  4. What if I need my puppy shipped?

    Airline regulations require puppies to be at least 8 weeks of age.
    This is the quickest option for getting your puppy, but is expensive.
    Our pet transporter is another option, and more affordable.
    Sometimes delivery can be arranged to the Chicago-
    land area as well, for a moderate fee


  5. DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY

    If at any time you need or desire a refund, we will happily
    return $200 of your deposit, retaining the balance as an
    "inconvenience" fee. We thank you for your understanding.

    Deposits are always transferable between any of our litters.




  6. American Kennel Club
    We make sure that all our puppies are registered AKC.
    Therefore, we ask that you bring an additional $30 cash
    when you pick up your puppy to cover this nominal fee.
    Please have his/her new name chosen by then.
